3rd T20I – ACA Stadium, Guwahati (Australia won by 5 runs)

The tide turned in Guwahati as Australia recorded their first win of the series. A spectacular knock from Glenn Maxwell (118 off 53 balls) took them to a formidable 225 runs. Despite a valiant effort from KL Rahul (72 off 41 balls), India lost by 5 runs. Glenn Maxwell was awarded the Man of the Match for his winning innings.

4th T20I – Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh International Cricket Stadium, Raipur (India wins by 20 runs)

India came back in Raipur, posting a total of 174 runs thanks to contributions from Rinku Singh (46 runs in 32 balls) and Yashasvi Jaiswal (37 runs in 31 balls). The Indian bowlers then showed exceptional control, with Axar Patel claiming 3 wickets for just 16 runs. Australia trailed by 20 runs, with Axar Patel deservingly being named the Man of the Match.

5th T20I – M. Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bengaluru (India won by 6 runs)

The last episode of the series in Bengaluru was another close encounter. India, batting first, could only manage to put 160 runs on the board. However, their bowlers, led by Ravi Bishnoi with an impressive 3 wickets for 24 runs, restricted Australia to just 154 runs. With this win, India lifted the series to 3-2.. Ravi Bishnoi was awarded the Player of the Match and Player of the Series for his consistent bowling.

The pinnacle of cricketing glory, the ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 final, saw a heart-wrenching clash between India and Australia. Held at the iconic Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, the match had all the makings of a classic encounter.

India set themselves a challenging target of 241 runs after opting to bat first. Virat Kohli, with a determined 85 runs, was the backbone of the Indian innings.
